It has been a few days since I got in touch. With crashing computers and lost files along with a new operating system there has been much to learn, adapt, adopt and rewrite. I am attaching an altered exercise sheet and will add the questions soon. The sheet has an altered look due to the new systems. When I recover my old system you will see the return of the old format. I think you will find it interesting focusing on just one color. As I have been writing this article and worksheet the relationship to yellow in my life kept popping up.
As I was walking this morning I realized if I changed my focus from the "exercise" to enjoying the early morning sun ..... wow what a difference.

EXERCISE: Balance
1. When you think of balance what do you see? Draw an image - shapes for balance.
2. When you think of out–of-balance what do you see? Draw an image – shape of “being off balance”.
3. Once out of balance how would your image look as you restored balance? Draw this image.
4. What would your image look like if it were more stable or easier to stay in balance? Draw this image.
5. How is your image shaping up? How is the composition? Should you change the proportions?
6. What metaphor describes balance in your life or business? Teeter-totter? Tightrope walker? Bareback rider? Scaling a mountain? Building a structure? Or …….? How does it feel?
